Eggs Benedict has always been a favourite breakfast at our home, especially on special occasions. We were talking about this delicious dish and the conversation evolved to wondering how eggs would taste with baked beans...

We know that a full English breakfast consists of eggs, bacon or ham, a grilled tomato, and of course baked beans on the side.

So we combined these two ideas and created “Eggs Beanadict”.

We had them for supper tonight....and the verdict is....DELICIOUS!
